Programs for Reading, Writing and Math

At Sunburst Academy, we utilize several therapies for our Visual Spatial clients who have challenges with reading, writing and/or math. We use gentle, non-invasive therapies including:

Clay Models
Left-and-Right Brain Exercises
Listening Therapy
Bridging Sessions
Whole Body Movement combined with Alphabet/Numbers/Writing

Below are examples from a 2-week Dyslexia/ADHD Combined Program with a 6 year old client. At the beginning of their program they "hated the alphabet" but by the end they enjoyed working with the alphabet and even read their first words. Note the dramatic changes in the 'E' and 'F' letters. The 'Before' alphabet took several sessions for the client to make while the 'After' alphabet took minutes to make.
